Hello SP residents.
My Husb & I will be moving to SP to retire soon (we're "young" seniors) We've been up once to look at properties, and not suprisingly, they looked a bit different than thought after seeing them online.
We sure do like SP though (we have a daughter in Bakersville),
we are interested in a property that our real estate agent says has a
"shady past". I'm not realy worried about the "shady past" but I wonder
what the imediate surrounding area is like! Even if I drove up there and looked, how can I tell without going door to door to ask?
If someone in the area knows anything about the property or neighbors,
could you respond?
The house in question is @ 119 Ollis rd. I can so see that house all
fixed and dolled up! With my flowers.........
Please feel free to contact me privately if you don't want to publicly.
Thanks, Elaine
